Requirements for Third Degree

Spend at least a year and a day as a Second Degree Initiate.
Using a full script form, write a ritual for a special purpose (e.g., Wiccaning, Handfasting, Birthing, Death Rite).
Present to your Initiator(s) a statement including the following:

Describe the responsibilities of a Third Degree Initiate, as you understand them.
Describe how you will continue to serve the Gods as a Third Degree.
Explain what you believe your ministry to be.
Tell what your own coven’s focus will be, if you are choosing to hive.

Submit eight comprehensive lesson plans for Inner Court classes.
Teach at least twelve classes of teaching on the Inner Court level, and keep notes on the process.
Teach a class on conflict management and coven dynamics to your Initiators.
Demonstrate skills and knowledge in all aspects of the Craft, both mundane and magical.
Show an understanding of magic, including spellcasting, energy work, the Great Rite, etc.
Demonstrate knowledge of and skill in the two remaining Paths of Power.
Identify a personal Path of Power.
Engage regularly (i.e., at least weekly) for three months in a physically challenging activity (e.g., a martial art, yoga, tai chi, jogging, biking, kayaking).
Complete the following classes and associated homework.
